How to do a push-up
The push up is important because it helps you grow your biceps and triceps.
Step 1. Stand about two to three feet away from the walls and put your hands on the floor
Step 2. Shuffle your feet out until your shoulders are over your hands
Step 3. Bend your arms until your chin touches the ground
Step 4. Then straighten your arms all the way.
5.Then once you have done one then try to do ten.
Do this for 3 months and you will be a lot stronger than you were before you started
